What You'll Do:
• Oversee accounting department: Be the go-to person for problems the accountants are having trouble solving and train them to solve them in the future.
• Review client books at a high level: Find and resolve issues the accounting staff did not find or handle correctly.
• Create / update procedures: Create procedures for new clients or services and update current procedures with more effective ways of handling the work.
• Data Analysis Powerhouse: Dive deep into data, providing valuable insights that empower our clients.
• Monthly Mastermind: Ensure accurate monthly processing, adjusting entries, and insightful analysis.

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor who can:
• Work with our accounting/bookkeeping team to ensure they are progressing smoothly with their assigned work
• Handle inventory analysis and entries as well as COGS analysis
• Ensure that all asset and liability accounts are reconciled monthly and problems are solved
• Research and resolve problems as encountered or requested by senior management
• Training team on new skills and problem-solving
• May involve communicating with clients regarding concerns with their books and assisting them with accounting questions.

Qualifications:
10+ years of accounting experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required, CPA preferred.
Must understand inventory tracking, adjustments, and COGS analysis.
Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
Team player, analytical, and problem solver with a positive attitude and great attention to detail.
Must pass a background check.
