Ecommerce Expert – Marketplace Account Manager (Remote)

About Us

Eterna animal is a growing eCommerce brand in the pet industry selling across multiple online marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Expert to manage, optimize, and grow our marketplace accounts end-to-end.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for daily management and growth of our eCommerce platforms, including:

- ----------
- Walmart
- Target
- PetSmart
- Petco (preferred, not required)
- eBay

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variations)
- Inventory monitoring and coordination
- Price management and competitive analysis
- Handling platform compliance, policies, and account health
- Coordinating promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns
- Troubleshooting listing issues, suppressions, or errors
- Working with ads and creative teams to improve performance
- Monitoring sales, conversion rates, and marketplace KPIs
- Preparing performance reports and insights

Requirements

Must-have:

- Proven experience managing multiple eCommerce marketplaces
- Strong understanding of marketplace rules, policies, and best practices
- Experience with product listing optimization and catalog management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice-to-have:

- Experience in the pet industry
- Familiarity with marketplace analytics and reporting tools
- Basic understanding of paid ads (not required)
