ABOUT THE ROLE
This leadership-focused role centers on review, oversight, mentoring, and client collaboration. You will oversee senior accountants, manage multiple client engagements, and support CFO-level strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review monthly close packages and reconciliations
• Provide feedback and mentor accounting staff
• Prepare management summaries and CFO talking points
• Analyze trends, variances, and cash flow
• Communicate directly with clients
• Participate in CFO or client meetings
• Ensure timely, accurate deliverables

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience leading and reviewing others’ work
• Direct client communication experience
• Multi-client or accounting firm experience preferred
• Advanced QuickBooks Online skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

PREFERRED
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent
• Nonprofit or multi-entity experience
• Experience with cloud-based tools
