Social Media Assistant (Remote)

We’re looking for reliable and performance-driven Social Media Assistants to manage daily posting, follow structured workflows, and help scale high-performing social media accounts. Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT (Manila Time)

Responsibilities
* Posting content on multiple social media platforms according to schedule
* Managing accounts based on clear SOPs
* Tracking post performance and basic metrics
* Maintaining account quality, consistency, and compliance
* Coordinating posting rounds and breaks efficiently

Requirements
1. Good written English and Creative thinking
2. Basic understanding of numbers & performance metrics
3. Able to work 6 days per week, minimum 6 hours daily
4. Ability to strictly follow SOPs and instructions
5. Stable internet connection
6. Quiet, professional working environment
