Operations & Systems Manager (AI-Driven | Right-Hand Role)

Pixel Pro Design Co. is hiring a right-hand operator to work directly with the founder. This role combines project execution, systems thinking, and automation or AI-driven workflow improvement.

This is not a basic VA role.
You must already use AI tools daily to improve how you work.

What You’ll Do
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Improve workflows and internal systems
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency and consistency
• Document or video processes and help build scalable operations
• Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day execution

Requirements (Must Have)
• Advanced written and spoken English - must hold strategic level conversation
• Experience in operations, project management, or senior support
• Active, daily use of AI tools in real workflows
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Long-term mindset

Strong Advantage
• Critical thinking with experience improving workflows or systems
• Background supporting founders, agencies, or executives
• Comfort learning and implementing new tools quickly

Will pay more for:
• Expert level video editing skills including VFX + AI Generation experience
• Advanced website or graphic design skills

Compensation
• Full-time (40 hrs/week)
• $900–$1,200 USD/month (Experience dependent)
• Long-term role with planned growth and raises
