«Please write a short reply to a guest who says the apartment was noisy and they are unhappy.»
We are hiring a high-level Guest Experience Handler for a professional Airbnb / short-term rental operation based in Oslo, Norway.
This is not an entry-level VA role.
We are only interested in candidates with excellent English, strong digital skills, and real Airbnb experience.
What you will do:
- Handle guest communication before, during, and after stays.
- Respond confidently to guest questions, requests, and issues.
- Manage messages inside Airbnb and Hospitable.
- Identify and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
- Set up cleaning schedules and coordinate with cleaning team in Oslo.
- Escalate only when truly necessary.
- Maintain a consistently high guest experience.
You are expected to work independently and make decisions.
Mandatory requirements (non-negotiable). Please do not apply unless you meet all of the following:
- Excellent, fluent written English.
- Hands-on experience using the Airbnb platform as a host.
- Strong digital skills (fast, organized, comfortable with tools).
- Have a fast and stable internet connection.
- Ability to think and act without step-by-step instructions.
- Calm, professional communication style.
This role is not suitable for beginners or slow learners.
Strong advantage:
- Experience with Hospitable, Guesty, or similar tools.
- Background in short-term rental operations or hospitality.
- Experience handling international / European guests.
- Understanding of cleaning/turnover of apartments.
- Being able to use ChatGPT, Google Drive and similar tools to work smart.
