We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Automation Virtual Assistant to support the build, management, and optimization of our CRM systems, email and SMS campaigns, and internal automations.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is already proficient in GoHighLevel and understands how leads move through funnels, pipelines, and automated workflows. You will be responsible for implementing clearly defined systems, testing automations before launch, and maintaining clean, organized builds that support our marketing and operations.

This role is not focused on strategy, consulting, or agency-style services. We provide direction, copy, and goals. Your role is to execute accurately, troubleshoot when needed, and document systems so they can be easily maintained over time.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while following structured instructions. Experience supporting service-based or wellness businesses is a plus, but strong GoHighLevel execution skills are the priority.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage email and SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel
- Create and maintain workflows, triggers, pipelines, and tags
- Set up lead nurture sequences and appointment reminders
- Test automations before launch
- Troubleshoot issues and document workflows

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Ability to build automations independently
- Strong English comprehension
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable internet and consistent availability

Compensation & Hours
- Pay starts at $6/hour for 8 hours per week
- Hours and rate may increase based on experience, performance, and workload
