The Role
We are seeking a part-time recruiter to support our Banking Talent Services and overall growth. This role is primarily focused on recruiting execution and talent pipeline development, working closely with Business Development and leadership as opportunities evolve.
In the first 3 to 6 months, the emphasis will be on disciplined recruiting execution, candidate screening, and building a reliable talent bench. As the business grows, responsibilities may expand and this role has a clear opportunity to transition to full-time.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting and Talent Pipeline
• Source candidates for banking, financial services, and transformation-related roles
• Conduct initial qualification calls with candidates
• Assess skills, experience, and role fit
• Maintain a small but high-quality talent bench
Recruiting Execution
• Perform candidate reference checks once roles are active
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Support placement execution in partnership with Business Development and leadership
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Systems and Reporting
Use the company CRM to: • Track candidates and recruiting activity
• Maintain accurate status updates
• Produce weekly status reports covering key recruiting metrics, including:
Candidates sourced
Candidates screened
Active candidates per role
Reference checks completed
Overall pipeline health
Required Qualifications
? Prior recruiting experience, preferably in banking, financial services, technology, or consulting
? Fluent spoken and written English
? Comfortable conducting professional conversations with senior candidates
? Experience using a CRM or applicant tracking system
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Ability to work independently in a small, remote team
? Availability to work USA Eastern Time business hours
Nice to Have
? Experience recruiting for banks or credit unions
? Familiarity with core banking systems or transformation programs
? Experience supporting both contract and full-time placements
