We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Sales & Marketing-Focused)
Remote | Full-Time

Are you a proactive, creative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant with a strong sales and marketing focus to help drive lead generation, manage our digital presence, and support daily operations—primarily within the real estate industry.

This role combines hands-on marketing execution with strategic thinking. If you’re comfortable engaging prospects, managing content, supporting ad campaigns, and taking initiative (including jumping on calls when needed), we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Generate leads by reaching out to real estate agents, influencers, and potential partners
Handle LinkedIn outreach, communication, and networking to drive engagement and opportunities
Manage and update websites; collect job-related photos for portfolios, blogs, or case studies
Create and publish engaging, conversion-focused content across social media platforms
Assist with vlogging initiatives—content planning, coordination, and cross-platform promotion
Set up, monitor, and assist with Google Ads strategy and basic performance analysis
Design newsletters, flyers, slides, and social media graphics using Canva or similar tools
Gather data, track performance metrics, and clearly communicate insights to the team
Help draft and refine internal documents, marketing copy, and communication materials
Schedule, organize, and track tasks or meetings using Google Calendar and project tools

You’re a Great Fit If You

Have experience in sales, marketing, or a marketing-heavy virtual assistant role
Know how to engage and convert, not just post content
Communicate ideas, insights, and numbers clearly and confidently
Are comfortable doing outreach with real estate professionals and influencers
Have working knowledge of Google Ads, social media analytics, CRMs, and basic website editors
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Are eager to learn, adapt, and grow with the business
Are creative, reliable, and solutions-driven

Tools You’ll Use

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Canva
Slack or similar collaboration tools
Bonus: Experience with CRMs, email marketing platforms, or content scheduling tools
