Must-Have Requirements
Experience & Skills
3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably handling multiple entities
Strong QuickBooks Online expertise (setup, reconciliation, reporting, AP/AR)
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Experience in monthly closings, budgeting, and forecasting
Personal Qualities
Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized with strong time management
Proactive, independent, and reliable — able to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable managing financials for multiple companies or business units
Bonus / Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with U.S.-based companies or real estate/property management businesses
• Familiarity with tools such as:
Gusto (payroll)
ClickUp (project management)
Relay (business banking)
• Prior experience working directly with CEOs, CFOs, or executives
• Understanding of tax preparation, audits, or capital raises
