FULL-TIME Video Editor (Real Estate & Brand Content)
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled video editor to join our growing creative team on a full-time basis.
The first 3 months will be a paid probationary period. If it’s a strong fit on both sides, compensation will increase accordingly.

About the Role
The majority of the work will focus on real estate video editing. including listing videos, walkthroughs, and brand content—with occasional business videos and social media reels.
This role is ideal for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and current content trends, not just template-based editing.
This is a long-term opportunity. I’m currently building my own brand after stepping away from a franchise, and I’m looking for the right person to grow with me.
What You’ll Be Editing
Real estate listing videos (primary focus)
Short-form content (Reels / Shorts)
Business and brand videos (occasional)
Promotional and lifestyle content
What I’m Looking For
Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Does not rely solely on CapCut templates
Ability to create modern, on-trend edits
Consistent 24–48 hour turnaround time
Strong communication and reliability
Takes pride in their work and meets deadlines
Bonus (Not Required)
Photo editing experience (Lightroom / Photoshop)
Understanding of real estate marketing aesthetics
Experience with social media optimization
