Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist

We’re Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist at $6/hour

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Email Marketing Specialist who can manage campaign creation, segmentation, automation, and reporting. This role is for someone who delivers consistent, high-quality output and understands how to convert audiences through effective communication.

Work Setup
• Work-from-home (WFH)
• Follows EST working hours
• Compensation starts at $6/hour


Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule email campaigns across multiple brands
• Segment audiences and optimize sending strategies
• Build automations, workflows, and drip sequences
• Draft compelling email copy and design basic layouts
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversion performance
• Conduct A/B tests and improve campaign results
• Maintain email lists, suppressions, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR basics)
• Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports

Qualifications:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written English and communication skills
• Ability to build clean, responsive email templates
• Familiarity with segmentation, tags, flows, and campaign optimization
• Basic design sense (Canva or similar tools) is a plus
• A/B testing and analytics experience is an advantage
