We are a stable and growing marketing agency working with international clients. Our operations are fully remote, process-driven, and focused on long-term collaboration. We are looking for a reliable Executive Assistant who has prior experience supporting founders or managers in a remote environment and is comfortable handling both administrative and operational tasks.
This role is suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with clear instructions. You will be supporting daily operations, client communication, and basic marketing-related tasks. This is not an entry-level role. Prior remote executive assistant experience is required.
Role overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with management to keep projects, communication, and day-to-day tasks running smoothly. The work is structured and expectation-based. Consistency, reliability, and follow-through matter more than speed.
Working schedule
• Full-time
• 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
• Fixed shift: 6:00AM – 12:00 PM Philippine time
Responsibilities
• Review client deliverables and submitted work
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally
• Schedule promotions and basic marketing activities
• Edit content as instructed (basic to intermediate level)
• Handle travel-related tasks such as booking hotels
• Research topics, tools, or projects as assigned
• Support general executive and operational tasks
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience working remotely as an Executive Assistant
• Strong written English and professional communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during working hours
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision
• Professional attitude and long-term mindset
Compensation
• $6 USD per hour
