JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK-based company providing staff to events across London. We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team in a support role.

Key Responsibilities
- Work from Home
- Provide telephone and online support to staff and suppliers.
- Monitor staff via the online portal, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered and deploying personnel as required.
- Administer timesheets and digital records to maintain accurate documentation for each shift.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Liaise with management and clients to ensure that efficient working practices are consistently upheld.
- Proactive approach to contingency planning, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements
- Experience in staffing and rostering will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and professional manner.
- Willingness to work on rotating schedules, including shifts designed to provide 24/7 coverage.
- Amenable to working without fixed rest days or shift patterns, as these will operate on rotation to ensure continuous coverage.
- Rota: 48 hours per week (40 hours desk-based plus 8 hours on-call).
- Attendance at the weekly Monday meeting (10:00–11:00 AM UK time) is expected from all tea ---------- mbers, whether on duty or not.
- Ability to independently learn and adapt to new online platforms
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office applications.
- This role cannot be combined with other employment; full commitment is required.

Device Requirements:
- Minimum Specifications: Device must have at least an Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 processor.
- Backup Systems: A secondary PC/laptop and backup internet connection must be available in case of outages.
- Power Supply: Reliable access to electricity, with a backup power source (UPS or generator) to ensure continuity.
- Noise-cancelling headset for clear communication.
- Private working space free from distractions or interruptions.
