The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated, long-term Video Editor to join our agency team. We are scaling our marketing department and need a creative specialist who can handle high-volume, Retention-Style editing for our model and influencer reels. This is a full-time, remote position for someone who wants a predictable, long-term workload and lives and breathes TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Why this is different:
We aren’t just looking for someone to cut clips. We need a VFX specialist who knows how to turn raw clips into thumb-stopping content that keeps viewers watching until the last second. You should be someone who can let "magic" happen on screen—realistic color swaps, seamless masking, and high-level CGI integration.

Salary & Stability:
Monthly Salary: Starting at $600 USD / month.
Growth Potential: Top editors earn $1,000 – $1,200+ USD based on skill and volume.
Volume: 20–40 short-form reels per day depending on complexity.
Security: This is a permanent, in-house role. No more chasing one-off gigs.

Your Responsibilities & Skills:
Edit High-Performing Content: Create reels that pop using trending sounds, formats, and pacing.
Advanced Masking & Rotoscoping: Isolate subjects to place elements/VFX behind them.
Color Engineering: Master selective color replacement (e.g., outfit color changes that look 100% real).
Retention Mastery: Use kinetic typography, dynamic zooms, and speed ramping to hook viewers in seconds.
Independent & Reliable: You don’t need to be micromanaged; you take full ownership of your edits, hit deadlines, and take feedback well.
