Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Property Sourcer to identify potential property deals that align with our investment and development goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the UK property market, be confident using platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket, and have the ability to assess property potential through data analysis and comparison.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Search property portals daily to find suitable residential and commercial opportunities
• Analyse key metrics such as pricing trends, comparable sales, rental yields, and development potential
• Prepare property comparison reports that highlight pros/cons, renovation needs, and return potential
• Monitor auction sites, repossessed listings, and motivated seller opportunities
• Track planning applications and explore permitted development options
• Contact estate agents and sellers to gather additional property details when needed
• Maintain an organised database of property leads with notes and updates
• Provide regular reports and summaries of high-potential properties

Required Technical Skills and Experience:
• Strong knowledge of the UK property market, especially in identifying BMV and development opportunities
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and PropertyData
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for creating comparison tables and deal summaries
• Understanding of property investment strategies such as BRR, flips, HMOs, and buy-to-let
• Ability to assess property layouts, floor plans, EPCs, and planning data



Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Well-organised and able to manage time efficiently
• Previous experience in property sourcing, real estate, or investment research is essential
Basic Skills:
• Confident using web search and property platforms for research
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
Compensation and Benefits:
• $5/hour

Work Schedule and Holidays:
• Full-time position: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time (4pm to 12 midnight PH time) with an unpaid break of 1 hour.
• After the 6-month probation period, you will qualify for 12 days of holiday or sick pay per year (1 day per month), not accumulative for the following year.
• All UK bank holidays will be paid.
