Operations/Customer Support Manager - Job description (High-Level Support)
Qualifications/Skills:
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator (in English, both oral and written), perfectionist and a problem-solver who takes pride in his/her work.
Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree from a top-ranked university.
Proven work experience as an operations manager with at least 5-10 years of experience.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Takes initiative.
Strategic thinker.
Responsibilities:
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services.
Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Improve the existing procedures for outgoing and incoming resources and track inventory for the warehousing department.
