Superstar Video Editor (Talking Head + Motion Graphics)

I’m looking for a sharp, fast, detail-obsessed video editor who can turn raw talking-head footage into high-retention, professional videos using motion graphics, b-roll, and clean pacing.

If your edits look like YouTube channels with actual traction, keep reading.
If you just cut clips and slap on captions — don’t apply.

What You’ll Be Editing

Talking-head videos (education / business / online income content)

Length: long-form

Style: modern, clean, high-energy, NOT gimmicky

What You MUST Be Able To Do

Add motion graphics that enhance clarity (not distract)

Insert relevant b-roll that supports the message

Maintain strong pacing & flow (no dead air)

Use text animations intentionally (titles, emphasis, callouts)

Deliver edits that feel YouTube-ready, not “CapCut-template vibes”

Tools you should already be fluent in:

CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects (at least one at a high level)

Bonus if you understand retention, hooks, and audience psychology

Pay

$10 – $15 per completed talking-head video

Consistent work for the right editor

Pay increases with speed, quality, and reliability

This is NOT a one-off gig. I’m building a pipeline.
