Video Editor

We’re hiring a part-time to full-time, salaried remote video editor to turn RAW footage into engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts). This must be one individual editor, no agencies, no outsourcing.

What you’ll do
Create high-retention short-form edits from RAW footage (strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound, music).
Use Premiere Pro for editing and After Effects to create/maintain templates (titles, captions, motion elements).
Deliver multiple shorts per shoot and export in correct platform formats.
Keep projects organised with clean versioning and file structure.

Workflow & communication (non-negotiable)
Work in a shared/joint system for editing + reviews (e.g., ---------- /Google Drive + clear version control).
Be available during agreed working hours to chat through revisions, upcoming work, and performance/feedback.
Fast, clear communication and quick turnaround on amendments.

Requirements
Proven experience producing engaging shorts from RAW footage.
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects. (we do not accept capcut)
You personally do the work (again: no agencies).
