Commercial Operations Associate (E-commerce)

Overview:
The Commercial Operations Associate supports the online commercial team by handling the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across marketplaces and affiliate channels. This role ensures smooth execution of campaigns and product launches through accurate setup, coordination, and timely follow-ups.

Role Type:
Contract role preferred, but open to permanent role as well

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Marketplace Operations
- Set up and update promotions, vouchers, and campaign mechanics on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other
platforms according to timelines and brand guidelines.
- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in product info, pricing, images, and attributes.
- Maintain up-to-date stock levels, pricing accuracy, bundles, and overall listing quality across all marketplaces.
- Support Malaysia-specific initiatives, including group buy setups.

2.) Content & Execution Support
- Assist in creating short videos, especially repurposed from live stream highlights, for campaign or affiliate use.
- Support social seeding efforts, focusing on identifying and coordinating with Malaysia-based Instagram creators.

3.) Affiliate & Campaign Coordination
- Liaise with affiliates on content needs, scheduling, briefings, product information, and target plan setup.
- Support affiliate activation and tracking, ensuring timely sharing of campaign materials, vouchers, and updates.
- Assist in maintaining an organized affiliate database and performance reports.

4.) General Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle administrative aspects of campaigns including deck preparation, uploads, asset coordination, and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of online commercial initiatives.
- Support other ad hoc tasks related to online commercial operations as required.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or any related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Someone numerate – good with numbers.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, empathetic, and proactive in providing solutions.
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
