Full-Time Email Designer – OnBrand (application link in description)

We're OnBrand, an email marketing agency working with 7-9 figure ecommerce brands on retention and lifecycle optimization.

We're looking for a full-time Lead Email Designer to own the creative execution for our clients and grow into leading our design team as we scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Designing email campaigns and flows in Figma.
- Working from detailed briefs and copy we provide
- Managing projects through ClickUp
- Collaborating with our Klaviyo tech who handles implementation
- Eventually leading and mentoring junior designers as we expand

What We Need From You:

- High-level proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Klaviyo
- Previous experience designing email campaigns for ecommerce brands
- Portfolio showcasing email design work (please include capacity - how many emails you're comfortable designing per day/week)
- Leadership mindset - someone who asks questions, tries new things, and wants to grow with us

FULL-TIME COMMITMENT ONLY - This is not a freelance or side gig role. We need someone fully dedicated to OnBrand with zero other clients or projects.

Must work Irish hours (8am-5pm GMT) and be fully responsive during this window
