About the Role
We’re looking for a highly proactive, execution-driven Operations & Projects Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is all about getting things done—turning rough ideas into polished resources, implementing initiatives independently, and keeping the business running smoothly.

In your first 60–90 days, you’ll take on projects from start to finish, helping the core team focus on strategy while you ensure initiatives are executed flawlessly.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of tasks, and enjoys seeing tangible results from their work.

Key Responsibilities
A. Project Execution
- Build and update guides, resources, programs, and internal documents.
- Implement initiatives based on direction from the core team.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion without needing constant guidance.

B. Research & Documentation
- Conduct market research for potential expansion, leagues, requirements, and opportunities.
- Maintain organized internal documentation for processes, programs, and resources.

C. Operations Support
- Assist with content execution, reminders, document prep, and other administrative overflow tasks as needed.
- Help the team maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Outputs Matter: You’ll be measured by the quality and timeliness of your project execution, not just task completion.

Skills & Qualifications
- Highly proactive; notices gaps and acts without being told.
- Strong written communication and basic copywriting for resources.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (required), Meta Suite and ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management.
- Organized and structured, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to quickly learn about our business and the football industry.
- Able to take rough notes or ideas and turn them into polished, usable outputs independently.

What This Role Is NOT
- You will NOT be responsible for strategy, high-level decision-making, or managing people.
- You will NOT run operations or player onboarding.
- You will NOT handle sales, closing, or direct player interactions unless explicitly instructed.
- Your main focus is execution and follow-through, ensuring projects and initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Why Work With Us
- Be part of a lean, high-performing team where your work makes a visible impact.
- Gain exposure to business operations, strategy, and player management.
- Learn the ins and outs of the football industry while growing your skills.
- Opportunity to take on more responsibility and lead initiatives as the business scales.
- No traffic! Remote work environment with a strong culture of learning and ownership.
