We’re looking for a Content Operations Lead to run the entire content machine for a fast-growing clothing brand.
This role is about execution, structure, and consistency.
You will not be the face of the brand and you will not be inventing the vision.
Your job is to turn direction into output, and output into results.
Responsibilities
- Manage content across 4 brand accounts
- Build and maintain weekly & monthly content calendars
- Organise all content assets (clear folder systems, naming, archiving)
- Turn 1 shoot into weeks of content
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, and photographers
- Handle posting, captions, scheduling, and platform formatting
- Track performance and send short weekly reports
- Ensure consistent posting without reminders
Requirements:
- Strong organisation & communication skills
- Experience managing social content or creators
- Comfortable working with editors and designers
- Understands TikTok / Instagram / Shorts basics
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
NOT Required:
- Being a “creative genius”
- Scripting or brand voice decisions
- On-camera presence
