About the Role:
Letsreach is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency working with gaming, tech, and entertainment creators. We're looking for a technically capable Virtual Assistant who can run and learn automation workflows, manage complex data systems, and execute campaigns with precision.

This role is built around:
1. Automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) - running workflows and learning our systems
2. Google Sheets - advanced database management with formulas and data validation
3. Instantly.ai - email campaign management across multiple domains
4. Project management systems - Notion for documentation, Slack for communication
5. Client communication and coordination - account management for different clients
6. AI tools - Claude and Perplexity for research and creator discovery

This is for someone who:
- Has worked with automation tools before (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar)
- Is comfortable learning complex workflows and technical interfaces
- Is detail-oriented and catches errors before they become problems
- Can work independently with documentation and SOPs

What You'll Do
- Run automation workflows - Execute n8n/Make workflows for creator discovery and data processing
- Manage complex databases - Maintain creator and brand databases in Google Sheets with advanced formulas
- Handle email campaigns - Manage Instantly.ai platform across multiple domains and campaigns
- Execute technical tasks - Troubleshoot workflow errors, validate data accuracy, organize systems
- Research using AI tools - Use Claude and Perplexity for creator research and analysis
- Maintain operations - Keep files organized, update documentation, communicate progress via Slack

Requirements

Must Have:
- 4-5 years professional work experience
- Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms) - even basic workflows count
- Advanced Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, data validation, complex formulas)
- Detail-oriented - high accuracy in data entry and technical tasks
- Comfortable with technical complexity - won't be intimidated by workflows with multiple steps
- Excellent written English for professional communication
- Independent problem-solver - troubleshoots first, asks specific questions when stuck
- Stable internet (25+ Mbps) and backup power solution

Preferred:
- Familiar with influencer marketing or creator economy
- Used Claude, Perplexity, or similar AI research tools
- Experience with email campaign platforms
- Remote work background

NOT a fit if you:
- Need constant guidance or hand-holding
- Get overwhelmed by technical interfaces
- Haven't worked with any automation tools before
