Marketing Strategist – Paid Ads & Digital Growth (Google Ads +

This is a strategy-forward role. You’ll be trusted to think, test, analyze, and recommend—not just execute instructions.
**What You’ll Do**
* Build, launch, and manage Google Ads and
* Develop campaign strategy aligned with client goals (leads, conversions, ROI)
* Write or guide high-converting ad copy and creative direction
* Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, and keywords
* Analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and translate data into clear insights
* Conduct A/B testing and scaling strategies once winners are identified
* Coordinate with internal teams on funnels, landing pages, and follow-up workflows
* Provide clear reporting and recommendations—no vanity metrics
**Required Experience**
* Demonstrated experience managing **live Google Ads and
* Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel stages
* Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions
* Ability to read data and make confident, strategic adjustments
* Familiarity with pixels, tracking, and conversion events
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
