Educational Content Editor - Document Formatting & AI Proofreading

We run AcePoint, an Australian online learning platform helping students prepare for selective school entry exams. We need a detail-oriented assistant to help process and enhance our educational content.
Your main task:

- Receive raw question documents from us (Word/Google Docs)
- Copy and reformat content following our template structure
- Run questions and explanations through AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) using prompts we provide to enhance clarity and ensure age-appropriate language
- Apply our quality checklist: Australian spelling, proper formatting, clear explanations
- Submit polished Word documents back to us for final review

This is process-driven work. We provide templates, AI prompts, and a checklist. You follow the system and deliver consistent quality.

Ideal candidate:

- Excellent written English
- High attention to detail (we will test this)
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Experience with educational content, tutoring, or teaching is a plus
- Reliable, communicative, and able to meet weekly deadlines.
