Short-Form Video Variation Editor (CapCut)

About the role

I'm putting together a team to create engaging short-form AI content You’ll be working with finished videos and will focus purely on video variations, not original creation.

You’ll receive fully completed short-form videos and your job is to multiply them by making technical adjustments so each version is treated as unique by platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

There is no creative decision-making required. This role is about precision, speed, and consistency.

What you’ll be doing
• Receive 3 finished videos per day from the content creator
• Create approximately 33 variations per video
• Produce around 100 video variations daily
• Adjust technical elements such as:
• Saturation
• Contrast
• Brightness
• Minor color tweaks
• Add a short transition or intro at the beginning
• Export all variations cleanly and correctly
• Ensure every version looks slightly different to avoid duplicate-content detection

All work is done entirely in CapCut.

Tools & skills

Required
• Solid experience editing in CapCut
• Comfortable working with high daily volume
• Strong attention to detail and file organization
