We’re looking for someone who can help us with title review on a per-loan basis (not a full-time role). This will serve as an extra layer of review for our team.

Key Responsibilities

Review preliminary title reports/title commitments

Identify liens, encumbrances, judgments, and tax issues

Flag any title risks that may affect the loan

Provide a clear summary of findings per file

Requirements

Experience as a Title Examiner, Title Reviewer, or Title Abstractor in the US

Strong understanding of title reports, lien priority and endorsements

High attention to detail

Ability to deliver concise and accurate reports
