Join a Growing Holiday Home Management Team in Dubai

We are a professional holiday home management company based in Dubai, expanding rapidly and building a reliable Virtual Assistant team to support our short-term rental operations across Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO, and other platforms.

Dubai is a demanding, high-end market with high expectations from guests. Our goal is simple but ambitious: deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience, even in challenging or stressful situations.

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistants who want to grow with us long-term and take real ownership of their responsibilities.


Your Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally with guests via Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO, and WhatsApp
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and coordinate cleanings
• Handle guest registrations and booking-related processes
• Support guests during their stay and resolve issues calmly and efficiently
• Manage guest complaints and claims (e.g. AirCover) with professionalism
• Coordinate minor maintenance issues, replacements, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth daily operations and accurate communication across teams


What We’re Looking For
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or customer support is a strong plus
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle demanding guests professionally
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Independent, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with a long-term perspective
