Amazon Book Launch and Review Assistant

I am launching a book this week that aims to help couples improve their relationship relationships, followed by five additional books in the coming 2 months. I’m looking for someone who has experience in the field of book launches and can help gain ethical ARC-style reviews on Amazon.

This role is not about shortcuts, fake reviews, incentives, or gray-area tactics. I am only interested in legal, policy-compliant, ethical strategies that protect my Amazon account and long-term publishing goals.

If you don’t have direct experience with ethical ARC or Amazon review processes, this role is not a fit.

What This Role Is Responsible For
• Coordinating ethical ARC-style review outreach for one immediate book launch and future titles
• Helping recruit and manage real readers (email lists, communities, prior readers, etc.)
• Ensuring strict adherence to Amazon’s review policies at all times

What This Role Is Not
• No paid reviews
• No incentives, gifts, discounts, or compensation for reviews
• No review swapping or manipulation
• No bots, fake accounts, or gray-hat services
• No practices that could put my Amazon account at risk

What I’m Looking For
• Demonstrated experience supporting ethical ARC campaigns or review coordination and websites
• Clear understanding of Amazon review guidelines and compliance
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Comfortable explaining why a strategy is safe, not just what it is
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly
