Shipping & Reship Operations VA

Overview

This role is responsible for shipping execution and reship accuracy. You will create labels, update tracking, reconcile shipped orders, and maintain daily shipment counts.

This is process-driven work. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed. You will follow checklists and escalate issues instead of guessing.

Responsibilities
• Create shipping labels from provided orders
• Update tracking numbers accurately
• Maintain daily shipped vs pending counts in Google Sheets
• Identify and flag:
• Duplicate labels
• Stuck or delayed shipments
• Missing or mismatched items
• Reconcile shipments after each batch
• Follow written SOPs without deviation

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Based in the Philippines
• Reliable internet connection
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive, checklist-based work
• Experienced with Google Sheets
• Will escalate issues instead of making assumptions

Availability
• Must list exact availability in US Central Time
• Daytime US hours preferred

Compensation
• Base pay: $3.00 per hour
• Performance-based bonuses for accuracy and on-time completion
