Job Search Support (Denmark mech Engineering)

Job Description:
I am currently living in Denmark and looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to support me with my job search.

My situation:

I already have previous work experience as a mechanical engineer in automation and tooling design, although I don’t have a university degree, which makes the job search more challenging.

I don’t speak Danish yet, but I plan to start learning it soon.

I would like to stay in Denmark long-term and build my career here.

Your main tasks will include:

Searching for current job openings in Denmark (engineering/technical positions that require English),

Adjusting my CV and cover letters according to the role,

Communicating with HR departments (sending emails on my behalf),

Organizing interviews and managing my calendar,

Providing general administrative support related to my job search.

Requirements:

Excellent written English skills,

Experience as a Virtual Assistant, in administrative tasks, or in HR,

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently,

Proactivity – I don’t want someone who only waits for instructions, but someone who will take initiative and take responsibility for our strategic approach to the job search,

Reliable internet connection.

Offer:

Flexible remote collaboration,

Starting with 10–20 hours per week (with the possibility to increase),

Base pay: 3–5 USD/hour – the hourly rate is modest,
