Creative Video Editor (Ecom/Wellness - Long-Term + Bonuses)

We’re building up high-growth beauty & wellness brands (Successful Dropshipping Store) and we’re looking for a third video editor support.

This will start part-time yet probably develop into full-time very quickly if the work is satisfactory.

I am looking for somebody ambitious, intelligent, honest, motivated and fast-paced. If you are still studying, that is totally fine with us as long as you can work 4-6 hours per day.

We will provide you with tool access and database to study what really works best and in the market and you need to be able to match the quality within a short time of learning.

Scroll-stopping hooks, clean pacing, viral psychology, and ad copy that converts. (You need to understand ---------- and Facebook algorithm, target audience psychology, be able to learn from competitor brands and why they win).

At the start, we need especially help with translating videos for another market, or take competitor ads and re-modify them. We need very quick yet effective editing. You will have access to Facebook and ---------- ad performance and you will learn and understand why what works or does not work.

Your Role:
Create ads (FB/IG/TikTok) that actually perform

Research + reverse-engineer winning ads across our niche.

Edit UGC + voiceover content based on scripts/storyboards we co-create

Stay up to date with what converts NOW

Requirements:
1+ years experience editing ecom ads

You’ve worked on TikTok/Meta/UGC beauty/wellness/massage device ads

Willing to do one test edit before hire to show what you can do
