JOB OVERVIEW

What you’ll do
• Design static ad creatives (posters, banners, story formats, feed ads) for a mobile app
• Produce multiple variations per concept (different hooks, layouts, CTAs)
• Prepare exports for:
• TikTok/IG Reels cover + Story (9:16)
• Feed (4:5, 1:1)
• Optional: App Store screenshots / feature graphics (if you have experience)
• Keep everything aligned with our brand and improve creative based on feedback/performance signals

Requirements
• Strong graphic design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing)
• Portfolio showing ad creatives or marketing design work (not only logos/illustrations)
• Fast iteration + ability to take feedback and deliver clean final files
• Organized file delivery (Figma preferred; PSD/AI also OK)

AI expectation (balanced)

You should be comfortable using AI tools to speed up work when helpful (e.g., concepts, backgrounds, variations, copy ideas), but we want a real designer’s taste and execution. AI is a plus—not a replacement.

Nice to have
• Experience with mobile app growth creatives (Meta/TikTok performance style)
• Motion basics (simple animated text or lightweight motion posters)
• Basic copy sense for hooks/CTAs
