JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Outreach & Partnerships Executive to manage outbound corporate outreach via email. The primary objective of this role is to initiate conversations with corporate companies for wellness programs, partnerships, and bulk service offerings.

This is a commission-based role, suited for someone confident in outbound communication, lead generation, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation
• Conduct daily outbound outreach to corporate companies using a company-provided Gmail account
• Identify and contact decision-makers within HR, wellness, benefits, or partnerships teams
• Introduce corporate wellness offerings and bulk service options
• Send structured follow-ups to warm and non-responsive leads

Corporate Sales & Partnerships
• Initiate discussions for:
• Corporate wellness programs
• Employee benefit partnerships
• Bulk service purchases
• Event-based and long-term collaborations
• Qualify leads based on interest, scale, and potential value
• Coordinate internally to progress qualified leads toward conversion

Reporting & Tracking
• Maintain an up-to-date Google Sheet tracking all outreach activity, including:
• Company name
• Contact details (if available)
• Date of outreach
• Type of outreach (initial / follow-up)
• Response status
• Outcome (successful / unsuccessful / follow-up required)
• Submit daily reports summarizing:
• Number of companies contacted
• Responses received
• Meetings or inquiries generated
• Provide weekly performance summaries

Communication & Professional Standards
• Use only approved company communication tools and accounts
• Follow provided messaging guidelines and templates
• Maintain professional, clear, and respectful communication
• Ensure confidentiality of all company information and contacts

Performance Expectations
• Consistent daily outreach activity
• Accurate and timely reporting
• Focus on generating qualified corporate interest
• Contribution to measurable business outcomes

Compensation
• This position is commission-based, with compensation tied directly to successful sales and partnerships generated.

• Prior experience in B2B outreach, sales, or partnerships is a plus
