We’re looking for an experienced WordPress Website Designer/Developer who specializes in high-converting real estate websites.
This is not a beginner role. You must have proven experience building real estate websites that capture leads, integrate IDX, and connect seamlessly with CRM systems.

???? About the Role

You will be responsible for designing and building a professional real estate website from the ground up using WordPress. We will provide:

Page structure

Page titles

Copy/text

Video content

Lead strategy & goals

Your role is to design, build, integrate, and optimize the site for lead capture and user experience.

???? Required Experience & Skills (Must Have)

? Strong WordPress development experience (real estate websites preferred)
? IDX Broker experience (widgets, search, listings, lead capture forms)
? API integrations, specifically connecting websites to Follow Up Boss CRM
? Website graphic design skills (layout, branding, UX/UI for conversion)
? Experience building high-converting lead capture pages
? Mobile-responsive and SEO-friendly design knowledge
? Ability to implement forms, landing pages, and funnels that drive inquiries

Design and build a custom WordPress real estate website

Implement and customize IDX Broker widgets

Connect all lead forms and IDX leads to Follow Up Boss via API

Design visually appealing pages that match brand identity

Optimize site for speed, mobile, and conversion

Ensure clean user flow from search ? inquiry ? CRM

Troubleshoot and test all integrations before launch

? Experience with real estate funnels, landing pages, and PPC traffic
? Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
? Familiarity with real estate SEO best practices
? Experience working with real estate teams or brokerages
