Lead volume is increasing rapidly, and we’re expanding the team to keep up.

We’re looking for a High-Ticket Setter who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow alongside a brand that’s gaining momentum daily.

What You’ll Be Working With


Offer price: $3,000–$5,000
Setter compensation: 5% commission on closed deals
Audience: Creators, coaches, and operators
Lead source: Warm inbound (Instagram DMs, Story replies, free resources)
Funnel: Content ? DM ? Strategy Call ? Close
No cold outreach

This is not a slow or static role. Volume and responsibility will scale quickly.

Your Role in the Funnel

You will be responsible for:

Managing a growing inbound Instagram DM volume
Responding quickly and professionally to new leads
Delivering free value or resources when prompted
Asking qualification questions (goals, experience, readiness)
Identifying financially and mentally qualified prospects
Booking qualified leads onto strategy calls
Passing clean, organized notes to the closer
Keeping conversations moving in a high-velocity environment


Your success is measured by quality booked calls, not messages sent.

What We’re Looking For:

You must:

Have experience setting calls for high-ticket offers
Be comfortable working in fast-moving inboxes
Write clearly, confidently, and naturally (no robotic scripts)
Ask direct questions and disqualify when needed
Understand creator or online education business models
Execute independently without constant oversight

This role rewards speed, judgment, and clarity.

Compensation

5% commission on closed deals
Paid on collected revenue
Consistent inbound lead flow as the brand scales
Clear benchmarks and growth opportunity as volume increases
