Meta Ads Uploader

We are currently looking for an experienced Meta Ads Uploader to join our 8 Figure Ecommerce Brand.

This is for individuals who have experience with the Meta Ads platform, specifically in the high-volume process of ad uploading and setting correct campaign, ad set, and ad parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

Download ad creatives, copy, and settings information from our internal database or storage system.

Accurately set up new ads within the Meta Ads Manager platform, focusing on the correct configuration of essential tracking and delivery settings.

Ensure correct placement and configuration of parameters, including Pixel and Event Goal (e.g., Purchase).

Input pre-determined Budget and Schedule settings for all uploaded ads.

Verify and input the correct Destination URL Link.

Upload and assign the correct Primary Text Copy and Headlines to each ad.

Select and apply appropriate Ad Enhancements.

Ensure ads are correctly linked to the designated Facebook/Instagram Pages.

Note: This role is purely operational. You will NOT be responsible for media buying decisions like scaling budgets on ads or turning off underperforming ads—our Media Buyers will handle this.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading anywhere from 20-30 new ad creatives per day.

What you'll do:

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while setting up a large volume of daily ads.

Work remotely with a high degree of independence and flexible hours.

Manage the efficient daily flow of creative assets and data from our database to the Meta Ads Manager.

Communicate with the Media Buying team to resolve any discrepancies or questions regarding ad settings.

Double-check all configuration settings to minimize errors that could impact ad delivery or tracking.

MUST READ - You must be proficient in using the Meta Ads Manager interface.
