We’re looking for a **Marketing Operations & Growth Assistant** who understands marketing and social media, and can also operate as a reliable execution partner.
This role blends content publishing, engagement, outreach, and operational support. You will help ensure content goes live consistently, platforms stay active, and systems remain organized.
Client work always comes first. When internal work is available, you support brand growth and operational tasks.

### **Key Responsibilities**
**Daily**
- Publish and support content across blogs and social platforms
- Review content for clarity, structure, and basic SEO
- Engage on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Instagram with thoughtful comments
- Send and track personalized outreach messages
- Maintain clean Google Sheets, CRM, and task statuses
- Prioritize and complete client work
**Weekly**
- Schedule and repurpose content across platforms
- Review AI-assisted blogs for accuracy, tone, and alignment
- Manage QuickMail imports, cleanup, and replies
- Track tasks and deadlines in ClickUp
**Ongoing**
- Support client content creation and scheduling
- Provide feedback to editors and writers
- Document repeated tasks and suggest workflow improvements
- Flag automation or system issues when noticed
