3PL LTL Dispatch Representative

We are looking for a new addition to our LTL Dispatch Department. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CS

Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch and manage LTL shipments, ensuring timely pickups
Handle missed pickups and proactively find solutions to resolve shipping issues
Provide timely and professional communication to customers regarding pickup status and updates
Maintain detailed notes on shipment activity in our TMS
Collaborate closely with account managers and tracking representatives to ensure seamless service

Job Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and new systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handling both phone and email support
Skilled in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and comfortable with other computer-based tools
Willingness to learn and use company-specific software systems
Reliable internet connection: minimum 10 Mbps download speed
Equipment requirements:
Desktop computer running Windows 10 with at least 8GB of RAM
Dual-monitor PC setup is required
Must use Time Doctor for activity and time tracking
We are a fast-growing company with room for growth. Prior logistics experience is encouraged but not required.

This is a work from home position.
There will be a 3-week paid training/probationary period.
Pay starts at 4 USD.
Payment is via bank transfer twice a month.
