Finance Assistant for 7-Figure E-commerce Brand (Long-Term Role)

Hi there,

We’re TechTail, a fast-growing dropshipping business that started beginning this year and has been expanding rapidly since.
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Finance VA who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership, and understands how important accuracy is in a growing business.
This is a long-term, stable position with consistent workload and clear structure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Update P&L sheets daily
• Send daily updates with revenue, profit (€), and profit %
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries
• Review supplier cost sheets
• Monitor margins and profitability per product
• Calculate team salaries and performance-based bonuses
• Help improve our financial tracking and reporting systems

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail (accuracy is non-negotiable)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets on a daily basis
• Comfortable being held accountable for numbers

Bonus Points:
• Experience with Shopify and dropshipping
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Previous finance or reporting experience

Working Hours:
• Flexible, but ideally available between 9AM–5PM CET for at least 1–2 hours overlap.

Communication:
• We use Microsoft Teams and Whatsapp for all updates.
