We are a Commerce company based in USA, specializing in Made in Germany premium beauty products. Our growth is fueled by acquisition platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok. To continue scaling, we are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist for image creatives to join our performance marketing team and lead the development of high-performing static image ad creatives.
Role Overview: As our Creative Strategist, you will be the driving force behind the ideation, strategy, and optimization of paid media creatives across Meta platforms
You’ll collaborate closely with our media buyers to turn insights into creative concepts that drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and brand affinity. This role requires both creative vision and a data-driven mindset, ensuring that every piece of content is optimized for performance while staying true to our brand’s premium aesthetic.Key Responsibilities
• Creative Ideation & Strategy: Develop engaging, conversion-focused image ad concepts tailored to a 40/45+ demographic.
• Collaboration: Partner with video editors, designers, and marketers to bring creative ideas to life.
• Audience & Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitor campaigns, and consumer insights to stay ahead of the curve.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze ad performance, extract learnings, and apply data-driven insights to improve creative outputs.
• A/B Testing: Conduct systematic creative testing (copy, visuals, formats) to identify high-performing assets.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creatives align with our premium, vintage-inspired aesthetic while clearly communicating product value.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 1+ years in a creative strategy role within e-commerce, DTC brands, or with campaigns targeting 40/45+ audiences.
• Ad Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of
• Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting ad performance data and applying insights to optimize creative assets.
• Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that emotionally resonate with older audiences.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, editors, and marketers.
