Content & Partnerships Assistant (Travel & Lifestyle Creator)

I’m hiring one reliable, detail-oriented assistant to support both the business and content side of my travel & lifestyle brand. This is a hybrid role combining virtual assistance, brand outreach support, and light video editing.

Workload & Availability
• Starts at 6 hours/week
• Can scale up to 30 hours/week
• Available to start ASAP
• Must be fully committed (no other clients)

Compensation
• $400/month (starting)
• Performance bonuses available
• Opportunity to grow hours and pay as partnerships increase
• Must have an iPhone or iPad for iMessage communication and shared photo albums

Core Responsibilities

Brand & Business Support
• Assist with brand outreach and partnership pitching
• Respond to and send emails on my behalf
• Track collaborations, invoices, and payments
• Send and manage invoices via QuickBooks
• Manage calendar events, deadlines, and tasks
• Send a daily email report of completed and ongoing tasks

Content & Social Media Support
• Upload content across platforms and lightly engage
• Research travel, lifestyle, and beauty trends
• Pitch content ideas aligned with current trends
• Support content planning and organization

Video Editing
• Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Add captions, transitions, pacing, and storytelling
• Keep edits on-brand and trend-aware
• Organize raw and final files using CapCut (or similar)
• Deliver edits within 24–48 hours

Must-Have Skills
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut preferred)
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Clear communicator who takes initiative
• Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Calendar, and QuickBooks
• Understands travel & lifestyle creator culture

Trial & Growth
• Paid test edit may be required
• 2–4 week trial period
• If aligned, role can grow into long-term position with increased hours, pay, and performance bonuses tied to partnerships secured
