Key Responsibilities
Flow Optimization: Build, test, and optimize the "Core 4" flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandon, Post-Purchase) and advanced flows (Win-back, VIP, Cross-sell).
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute a high-impact monthly campaign calendar that balances brand storytelling with aggressive sales targets.
Data-Driven Segmentation: Use Clickvoyant insights to build hyper-targeted segments based on purchase frequency, AOV, and predicted churn.
A/B Testing: Run continuous experiments on subject lines, send times, design layouts, and SMS vs.
List Growth: Manage and optimize on-site capture (pop-ups/flyouts) to ensure a steady stream of high-quality leads.
Deliverability Management: Monitor and maintain sender reputation to ensure we stay out of the spam folder.
The Ideal Candidate
Klaviyo Master: You have 3+ years of experience working exclusively or heavily in Klaviyo for Shopify-based brands.
Analytical Mindset: You don't just look at Open Rates; you look at Revenue Per Recipient (RPR) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) vs. LTV.
Strategic Copywriting: You can write high-converting copy that sounds like a human and looks like a brand.
SMS Experience: Proficient in integrating SMS (Klaviyo SMS or Attentive) into the lifecycle journey.
Tech Savvy: Familiar with the Shopify ecosystem (Recharge, Okendo/Stamped, Gorgias, etc.) to build a unified customer experience.
