JOB OVERVIEW

SiteToBuy is looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Support Representative based in the Philippines to join our team full time. This role focuses on providing high quality support to customers via email and live chat for Shopify based ecommerce stores.

- What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat
Assisting customers with Shopify related questions
Troubleshooting basic store issues and escalating when needed
Providing clear, professional, and friendly support
Keeping response times fast and maintaining high satisfaction

- Requirements
Strong experience with Shopify is a must
Previous ecommerce customer support experience required
Excellent written English communication skills
Ability to work independently from home
Reliable internet connection
Detail oriented and organized

- Work Schedule & Benefits
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ET
1 hour break per day
Work from home
