Virtual Assistant for E-commerce

I am looking for a sharp, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (preferably female)

You will handle simple day-to-day tasks and create content with AI for our Ecom / Dropshipping product funnels.

We will test new products and funnels every week.

I write the strategy and the copy; you help me build the rest of the funnel (images and pages)

You do not need to be an AI expert, I will train you on our specific tools, but you SHOULD have an good eye for design and "good taste"

What you’re gonna do:

- Find clips / Build content library: Search YouTube and IG for "real", organic looking footage and 3D animations for our editors.
- AI Generation: Use our tools (Midjourney, Nanobanana, etc.) to create images and clips we can't find online.
- Media: Using AI, you will create Image ads, images for Funnel pages (advertorials, product pages, etc.)
- Simple operational tasks: Upload ads to Meta, manage >Facebook comments, tracking sheets, fulfill orders, etc.

What I expect from you:

- Good taste for visuals: You can differentiate what’s good from bad.
- Tech-savvy and Fast learner: You are comfortable with Photoshop/Canva, Notion/Google Drive, and other AI tools
- Organized: You love lists, clean folders, and naming files correctly. You never lose things.
- Good/Advanced English: You must be able to understand scripts and communicate fast.
- Proactive: I need someone who can think for themselves and solve small problems without being told every step.
- Bonus: If you've used Funnelish or Meta Ads Manager before, tell me.

Pay:

- Trial Period: We will do a paid test for a funnel.
- Full-Time: $ ---------- / month (based on performance and speed).
- This is a long-term role with room to grow as we scale.
