I’m looking for a video editor to edit YouTube videos using copyright-free stock footage in the UK housing / property market niche.

What you’ll be editing:

Long-form YouTube videos

Built entirely from royalty-free / copyright-safe stock footage

Voiceover and script will be provided

Requirements:

Strong understanding of YouTube copyright rules and fair use

Knows how to properly source and use copyright-free stock footage

Can match visuals to narration and keep pacing engaging

Clean, professional editing style (no over-editing)

Comfortable editing finance / housing / economic topics

Reliable and communicates clearly

Trial Requirement:

Must be willing to provide a 1-minute sample edit using stock footage before hiring

Sample is for evaluation purposes only

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Experience with YouTube automation

Experience editing news, documentary, or explainer-style videos

Understanding of retention-focused pacing

Payment:

Paid per video (rate discussed after sample)
