Job Title: E-commerce Operations & Marketing Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Brand XXX
THE JOB WILL BE EXECUTED IN STAGES....STAGE BY STAGE, NOT ALL AT ONES, TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS BUILT IN THE RIGHT AND NECESSARY WAY. BUILDING THE SITE, THEN OUTSOURCING THE PRODUCTS AND SO ON...ALL ONE BY ONE.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Full-Stack E-commerce VA to help launch and manage XXX a premium lifestyle brand specializing in Smart Pet Tech, Organic Baby/Adult Apparel, and Luxury organic Skincare.
This is not a typical drop shipping store. We are building a "Quiet Luxury" brand that requires a high level of aesthetic taste and technical precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shopify Management: Full store setup using premium themes, optimizing for mobile, and managing app integrations (Tidio, Reviews, etc.).
• Product Sourcing: Importing and optimizing products from Zendrop, CJ Dropshipping, and white-label organic skincare suppliers.
• Creative Marketing: Creating high-end, aesthetic social media content (TikTok/Reels) using Canva and CapCut.
• Copywriting: Writing SEO-friendly, luxury-toned product descriptions and
• Operations: Managing order fulfillment via AutoDS and handling customer inquiries with professional English.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Shopify and Drop shipping workflows.
• Strong eye for minimalist/luxury design (experience with "Quiet Luxury" aesthetics is a plus).
• Expertise in video editing for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Flawless written English.
• Ability to work independently and suggest strategic improvements.
