Are you knowledgeable in optimizing Etsy, Amazon and Shopify listings? Specfically creating listings, optimizing existing listings and general store maintenance?
WE NEED YOU!
We’re looking for a Customer Support VA who specializes in Etsy, Amazon and Shopify to join our agency team supporting handmade sellers. Your main job will be to get on Zoom with our students, walk them through solving Etsy-related issues, and make sure they leave the call with clarity and confidence.
You should know the Etsy platform inside and out—from opening a shop to optimizing listings, understanding fees, fixing account issues, and using basic SEO.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
•Opening or setting up an Etsy shop
• Listing products, writing titles/descriptions, uploading images
• Understanding Etsy’s fees, shipping settings, and policies
• Optimizing listings for better visibility and conversion
• Troubleshooting common Etsy issues (e.g. shop holds, missing settings, inactive listings)
• Track and document support requests and follow up as needed
• Work with our coaching team to flag recurring issues or students who need extra help
• Contribute to a shared knowledge base or FAQ doc when new solutions are found
• Occasionally assist with chat/email support if needed
Requirements
• Strong working knowledge of Etsy (either from managing your own shop or coaching others)
• Confident on Zoom – you’ll be speaking directly to students and guiding them through screen sharing
• Solid English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Zoom, Canva, and similar tools
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working space
• Able to work independently, ask questions when stuck, and document your work
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience helping others grow or fix their Etsy shop
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Erank, Marmalead)
• Customer service background
• Familiarity with handmade product categories (wreaths, crafts, home decor, etc.)
