AI Systems Domain Lead (Operations & Implementation)

We are a growing consulting company that helps mission-based and service businesses streamline their operations using AI-powered systems.

We are looking to hire one dependable, systems-driven person to serve as our AI Systems Domain Lead. This role focuses on implementation, not theory.

This is not a basic VA role. You will help turn audits and ideas into real, working systems for clients.

What You’ll Do

Review client intake forms and audit notes

Help implement AI-assisted systems for:

Scheduling & follow-ups

Admin workflows & documentation

Internal tracking and simple CRM setups

Customize templates (emails, forms, SOPs, internal workflows)

Support early client implementation calls (walkthroughs & training)

Keep projects organized and moving forward

Communicate clearly and professionally in English

Compensation

Monthly range: $600 – $1,100 USD
Compensation is workload-based at the start and grows as client volume becomes consistent.
